Information automatically collected

We automatically collect certain device and usage information (e.g., IP address, browser details, device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, and usage data). This supports security, operations, and analytics.

We also collect information through cookies and similar technologies.

Google API: Our use of Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

We process your information to provide, improve, and administer Services, communicate with you, ensure security and fraud prevention, and comply with law. We may process your information for other purposes with your consent.

6. Do We Offer Artificial Intelligence-Based Products?

Yes. We offer products, features, or tools powered by artificial intelligence or machine learning. All personal information processed by these AI Products is handled according to this Privacy Notice and our agreements with third parties.

7. How Do We Handle Your Social Logins?

If you register or log in using a social media account, we receive certain profile information (for example, name, email, friends list, profile picture, and other public information). We use this information only as described in this Privacy Notice. Review your social provider's privacy notice for their practices and settings.

8. Is Your Information Transferred Internationally?

Our servers are in the United States. Your information may be transferred, stored, and processed in the US and other countries where our third-party partners operate. For EEA, UK, or Switzerland residents, we use appropriate safeguards (including Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect your data. Details are available upon request.

9. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. No purpose requires retention longer than twelve (12) months past account termination. When no ongoing legitimate business need exists, we delete or anonymize data or securely isolate it until deletion is possible.

10. How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?

We implement reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect personal information. No electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Access the Services within a secure environment.

11. Do We Collect Information from Minors?

We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 (or the equivalent age in your jurisdiction), nor do we knowingly sell such information. If we learn of collection from minors, we will deactivate the account and delete the data. Contact contact@conductorquantum.com if you believe we collected data from a child.

12. What Are Your Privacy Rights?

Depending on your location (EEA, UK, Switzerland, Canada, and certain US states), you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, or object to processing. If decisions are made solely by automated means with legal or similar effects, we will inform you, explain factors, and offer a way to request human review.

You can withdraw consent at any time. Unsubscribing from marketing does not affect essential service communications.

Account Information

  • Request account deletion; we may retain some data to prevent fraud, troubleshoot, investigate, or comply with law.

13. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

Many browsers and mobile systems offer Do-Not-Track (DNT). No uniform standard exists, so we do not currently respond to DNT signals. If standards emerge, we will follow them and update this notice.

14. Do United States Residents Have Specific Privacy Rights?

Residents of certain US states (including CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, IN, IA, KY, MD, MN, MT, NE, NH, NJ, OR, RI, TN, TX, UT, VA, and others as laws evolve) may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, obtain copies of personal data, and opt out of targeted advertising, selling/sharing, or profiling with legal or similarly significant effects.

Depending on your state, you may also have rights to obtain categories or specific third parties to whom we disclosed data, or to review how personal data has been profiled. You may limit use and disclosure of sensitive data where applicable.

If we deny a request, you may appeal by emailing privacy@conductorquantum.com. If denied, you may submit a complaint to your state attorney general.

California “Shine the Light”: California residents may request, once per year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information disclosed for direct marketing and the names/addresses of third parties involved. Submit requests using the contact details below.
