Thank you for choosing Conductor Quantum. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for purchases made through our Services.
1. Subscription Refunds
We offer refunds for subscription payments made within 30 days of the transaction date. This applies strictly to the most recent billing charge only. Past billing cycles are final and non-refundable.
2. Usage & Credits
If you request a refund, we will deduct the value of any credits used during the current billing cycle. Unused credits accumulated from previous months, or credits rolled over from prior cycles, are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
