Cookie Notice
Last updated August 9, 2026
We believe in being transparent about how and when we collect and use data. This Cookie Notice explains how Conductor Quantum, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies (including local storage, pixels, and SDKs) on conductorquantum.com and Coda (collectively, the “Services”). Capitalized terms used but not defined here have the meanings given in our Privacy Policy.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small data files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow websites and services to recognize your browser or device over time and across sessions. Some cookies are only active while your browser is open (session cookies); others remain on your device until deleted or expired (persistent cookies).
Similar technologies—such as local storage, web beacons, tags, scripts, and software development kits—may also be used for analytics or session replay. For general information about cookies, see aboutcookies.org or allaboutcookies.org.
2. How We Use Cookies
We may set our own (first-party) cookies and storage, and we may also use cookies from third-party providers. We do not currently use advertising or marketing cookies on the Services. The main categories are:
- Strictly necessary: authentication, security, load balancing, remembering essential preferences, and storing your cookie choice so we can honor it. These are required for the Services to function and cannot be disabled through Cookie settings.
- Analytics and product improvement: PostHog helps us understand feature usage, measure performance, diagnose errors, and improve Coda. Browser analytics may include usage events; on Coda we may also send server-side agent-run metrics such as performance, latency, token, model, and cost data. Chat message bodies are not sent as analytics event properties.
On Coda, session replay is available only after you explicitly accept non-essential cookies. Replay is configured to mask form inputs and block chat and message surfaces from recordings, but you should still avoid entering secrets or unnecessary sensitive information into the UI.

4. Managing Your Cookie Preferences
Visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland are asked to accept or reject non-essential cookies before analytics tools load. Elsewhere, ordinary analytics may load by default; you can still reject non-essential cookies at any time. Session replay on Coda always requires explicit acceptance and is disabled when there is no acceptance or when you reject or withdraw consent.
On your first visit (where required), a banner lets you accept or reject cookies that are not strictly necessary. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings control on our sites. Rejecting or withdrawing consent stops future non-essential collection for that browser context and does not remove access to essential Coda functionality. Withdrawal does not automatically erase previously collected data that we lawfully obtained; see our Privacy Policy for deletion and other rights requests.
Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies, including on a per-site basis. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent sign-in or core features from working. Browser guidance:
5. Do Not Track and Similar Signals
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. At this time, the Services do not respond to DNT or GPC signals as a substitute for the Cookie settings control. We continue to evaluate technologies that may allow us to honor such signals in the future.
6. Updates to This Notice
We may update this Cookie Notice from time to time to reflect changes in technology, law, or our practices. When we do, we will revise the date posted above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Services or by other means.
